account missing from one step update

One bank account no longer appears in the onestep update list. When I look at the account's online services tab, it says that it is set up for online updates. All other credit cards and bank accounts are working.

When you start the One Step Update process, enter your Vault password but select SETTINGS.

Make sure you put a check mark beside your bank.  Select APPLY, then Update Now.

See if that fixes the problem.

After clicking on settings, the problem bank doesn't even appear on the list.

"rebooted" the account and it seems to have solved the problem.
