Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PFCU) update not working for over a week

Question

CC-502 error The FAQ page says contact for support but when I click on the buttons for chat for phone nothing happens - tried in three browsers.  Does anyone have an actual phone number for quicken support? The quicken link for chat in the application does not work.  Very frustrated with Quicken on this.

Here is the phone number I used 2 or 3 days to contact Quicken support.  650-250-1900.
