Quicken Window Jumping Around on Win11 in R35.31 version [edited]

It is very unstable, if you minimize window then open, it jumps around for two minutes.
also if you reconcile your checkbook, it does the same thing jumps around for two minutes.
The whole time it's jumping, there is no top menu showing.

If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

Let's do some "Troubleshooting 101" to ensure the Quicken software is installed and updated properly and that your data file is in good working order. Crashes or killing Quicken may damage the file.

Ok I have run the Mondo Patch Update, and it has Fixed the Problem. Thank you for your Help. Rickie Note I'm on Ver R36.17 Build 27.1.36.170
