Why am I not able to update my Synchrony Bank Credit Card account for Sam's Club?

I get no response when I try to do One Step update or update individual account for Sam's club thru Synchrony Bank.

What happens when you attempt to connect to your Sam's Club credit card. Does it appear to connect, but nothing downloads or do you get an error code, or does anything else happen? If what happens is simply that no transactions are downloaded, please go online to the credit card website to see if there are new transactions in your account.
