Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this persisting issue. There was a previous alert for a similar issue with Pentagon FCU however, that has been resolved. I would recommend contact Quicken Support. An agent will go through troubleshooting, pull the file logs and escalate as needed. To contact Quicken Support click here.
