Why does making a change in the register result in a message: "Unauthorized Changes Blocked"?

It indicates that controlled folder access blocked qw.exe. This began Monday morning.

    HI @daleford1944,

    It appears that your settings may have changed and they are now blocking access by Quicken.  You need to review your settings - the settings should allow qw.exe to make changes- see Snip below.  You need to add qw.exe to the list.
