CAN NOT DOWNLOAD TRANSATIONS FROM BP CREDIT CARD

I HAVE PREMIER VERSION R35.31 BUILD 27.1.35.31. When I try to download my transactions from my bp creditcard it goes to this web site, everytime: https://www.synchrony.com/products-services/for-consumers.html#/credit-cards.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues downloading from your credit card. That is odd that it keeps bringing up the website each time. How long has this issue been happening? Do you normally download through Quicken or do you download a file through the website?
What FI connection is used to download? You can check by going across the top to tools > account list> Select edit on the account line. There you should see Financial Institution: (FI Name).
Once you get the chance let us know more about the issue and we'll see what steps we can take to resolve the issue.
