Partner FCU CC-501 Error Persists [edited]

I am still NOT able to run Update without getting CC-501 error for Partners FCU since 9/1/2021...
What can I do to help resolve this issue?

If you haven't already, you may want to review:

Intuit continues to have difficulty maintaining the
Express Web Connect
connection method for Quicken. If you are not willing to accept the unreliability of this connection method, I suggest you use the Web Connect connection method instead. If you haven't already, you may want to review:

FYI: This morning, Sept 13, this issue has been resolved. Partners FCU is now asking for 2FA for each transaction.
