Quick Pay not connecting to Internet

When I try to use Quick Pay to pay a bill, an error pops up that says "An Internet connection is required but not available." All other internet interactions are working in Quicken and outside of Quicken. No Error code.

Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you I need more information. For instance, do you have VPN in use? Apart from Windows Defender do you have any other antivirus installed? What version of Windows are you using? Please elaborate further.
Once more information is obtained we can move forward in diagnosing this issue.

I use NordVPN and ESET. I have Windows 10.0

Thank you for your response. If you are currently running a VPN please turn off VPN, attempt to update/add, and then turn on VPN again. There are times where the VPN will inhibit certain functions in Quicken.
Please attempt the steps above, let us know the outcome and if you come across any error codes/messages.

Turning off VPN worked. I had no problems with Quicken today.0
