Can I set up a renaming rule for similar payee's

Question

I get a transaction every month labeled Bank Int and this is followed by a date.  I want this transaction to always go to my interest income account.  Since the payee has a date in it I think Quicken recognizes this as a new payee every month and then marks the transaction as uncategorized
