I use the File Operations to download for my CPA. It's no longer there, how can I download. He doesn't accept qfx or qif files as he can't import into QuickBooks. Ideas??

Download from WHERE?  Is your Q data file not stored on your C:\ drive?  Why doesn't File > Copy work for you???

What operation are you trying to do?  What do you usually give your CPA?   A copy of your Quicken data file?  An export of transactions or report?   What kind of file?

I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
