Unable to Delete Account / Errors with Investments on Cloud

After several starts, I resolved my issue. If I go to Backup or Copy File, Create a copy or Template and restore from that I am able to delete an account that I could previously not delete. It also fixed the problem of the Quicken App/Online investments not showing.
