Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you I need more information. For instance, where were your main/active files located (external hard drive, Cloud base service, or local)? When was the date of your previous backup?
Please elaborate with further detail(s). Once more information is obtained we can move forward with diagnosing the issue at hand.
