I've been having this same issue with my Comenity - BJs account since 7/30.0

Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having difficulties updating your account(s). To better assist you I need more information. For instance, what connection method are you attempting to use? Can you provide the full name of your financial institution? Lastly, are you getting any error codes or messages?
Once more information is provided we can move forward in diagnosing the issue at hand.
