to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Allstate biller. I was taking a look to see what was wrong and was seeing that the biller does say it is not fully synced which could be causing your issue. I've gone ahead on resynced on our server so that you're able to sync again on your side.
You should be able to go to the bills and income tab then on the right, select the gear. In the drop-down select review and repair > review and repair online billers. This should let you resync the biller.
