Unable to link Chase Ebill

I am using Quicken Premier, and an unable to connect Chase Credit Cards. The connection keeps timing out. I have tried to reset cloud data, but still not working. Please advise what I can try next.

    Started working after resetting cloud, quitting quicken and then restarting computer. Strange...
