reconciliation feature not working

after downloaded transactions are accepted, reconciliation amount is not changed and not able to finish reconciliation. It does not recognize downloaded transactions or update on line balances on Wells Fargo and Citi

    Do you use Quicken Mac or Quicken for Windows or are you really talking about using the Quicken Web browser app?
    What version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release (R xx.xx) of Quicken are you using?
    US, Canadian or other country version?
    What is your subscription expiration date?
