Anyone else having issues downloading from USAA

Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having issues updating your account(s). To better assist you I need more information. For instance, what error codes or messages are you getting? What connection are you using? Is this occurring in a backup as well?
To check the connection method being used select Settings >Downloads.
Please elaborate and once we have more information we can diagnose the issue at hand.

Error code is 403. Direct connect.0

I reset the direct connect and it seems to be working again.1
