Update always Fails. there is no w5472 on my computer.

The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w5472\base\RPMMigration\MigrationTool.exe' because it is being used by another process.

    It always helps to know what version you have (Help > About Quicken).
    Often this is caused by the Antivirus program blocking some portion of Quicken installation when it is being updated.  There were identical posts reported about this in Jun-Jul (see examples here) where many were addressed by temporary disabling any antivirus program you may have and then reinstalling Quicken using the Mondo patch from this link.
