Update always Fails. there is no w5472 on my computer.

The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w5472\base\RPMMigration\MigrationTool.exe' because it is being used by another process.

Hello @Jerry BoozIt always helps to know what version you have (Help > About Quicken).Often this is caused by the Antivirus program blocking some portion of Quicken installation when it is being updated. There were identical posts reported about this in Jun-Jul (see examples here) where many were addressed by temporary disabling any antivirus program you may have and then reinstalling Quicken using the Mondo patch from this link.Please let us know if this resolves your situation.
