Fifth/Third Direct Connect OL-332-A or Invalid Login error

I spoke to a representative at Fifth Third Bank this morning. Apparently Quicken has switched from a "Direct Connect" to an "Express Connect" method of accessing our account information at the bank. This is the root cause of the problem. The person I talked to said that the problem was caused by this change and we will not be able to have Quicken access our account information until QUICKEN solves the problem!!

    I started having this problem on or about 9/30/21, but as of yesterday (10/5/21) I was no longer having an issue and transactions were downloading and updating from 5/3.
