Alternate Color [setting for Customer Invoices, Q Win HB&R]

When I am creating forms I click on [Alternate Colors] to get alternating color rows but it never stays on. Each time I open the [Create Invoice] option it is turned off.

    In my Q release 35.31 I can confirm that the "Alternate Colors" setting, when enabled, doesn't appear to do anything when printing a Customer Invoice with 4 line items. However, the setting made in the Forms Designer stays checkmarked across Quicken sessions.
