Cleared transactions not showing up in reconciliation

Just in the past couple of days, I have cleared transactions (payments and checks) not appearing on the reconciliation screen. I am not interested in allowing a Quicken rep access to my computer. Any ideas? Thank you.

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having difficulties reconciling. To better assist you I need more information. For instance, are you reconciling with an online balance or paper statement? If you are reconciling using paper statements what is the ending statement date being entered? Please note that it should match the ending date on your paper statements as well. 

    Lastly, what version of Quicken are you using? To check the version being used select Help >About Quicken. 

    Please elaborate and once more information is gathered we can move forwards in diagnosing the issue at hand.
