Bank of America One final step to confirm your access to Quicken message

Every time I log into my Bank of America account, I get a message to complete One final step to confirm your access to Quicken: After selecting OK you’ll need to sign in to Quicken or QuickBooks within 10 minutes. Please note that if you use the software on more than one device, you’ll need to perform this step on each device. I am using Windows version R35.31. No matter how many times I click on OK and then to to Quicken and download my Bank of America transactions, I still get the message the next time I log into my Bank of America account. When will with issue be fixed? Is there something I need to do?

    Hello @Barbie Z

Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Bank of America account. It sounds like it might be getting stuck while downloading causing the issue. One thing we can attempt here is to see if we add the disable and re-link the connection. I'll leave steps down below on how to do so.

First, we'll try deactivating all of the accounts for the affected FI. You can do so by following the article listed down below.

    https://www.quicken.com/support/deactivate-online-banking-services-quicken-account

Once all the accounts are deactivated go ahead and follow the article here on reconnecting the accounts.  You'll want to make sure you're using the add account option then linking to an existing account.

Once you've done so please let us know if you're still seeing the sign-in popup. If so we'll see what troubleshooting steps we can attempt next.

    Thanks,

    Quicken Francisco

Please disregard @Quicken Francisco 's suggestion. It won't work. The proven solution is here:
