PNC Bank Connection Problem

Using Quicken Connect I get error message "Quicken cannot connect to this account". I can log-on PNC web site. Bank or Quicken problem?

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having difficulties updating your account. Just to clarify do you have PNC Virtual Wallet? If so, there is a current block with updating account(s) at the moment. In addition, since you are using Quicken Connect method, I recommend waiting for 24-48 hours and attempting to update intermittently. If your issue persists after the 48 hour time period please let us know.

    I have been trying to go from BBVA accounts to PNC for two weeks today with numerous phone calls and conversations with at least 12 people. Many hours on the phone. I have been issued a new PIN and been told it should work. It does not. I still get an error message that I am not entering correct credentials.
