Can't Find the Rent Center tab [edited]

Where is the rent center? I just upgraded to Home, Business and rental properties. but I can't find the rent center. Will it show up after I have a house rented?

Does the title line of the Quicken window show that you are running the
Home, Business and Rental Property
feature level already?
If so, go into View / Tabs to show and click to put a checkmark at Rental Property
Also set View / Classic Menus while you're at it.
