No direct connect option since BB&T/Truist merger

Since the merger last weekend 10/9/21, I don't have the ability to transfer money from my business checking account to business credit card through Quicken, I have to log onto Bank website and manually do it. The problem I suspect is, there is no direct connect option for my Business Checking account, only web express connect. All other accounts have direct connect which gives me the ability to transfer...

Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. You are correct at this time Direct Connect is not available for Truist bank. We apologize for the inconvenience. I would recommend contacting your financial institution for more information about having Direct Connect implemented.
