No direct connect option since BB&T/Truist merger

Since the merger last weekend 10/9/21, I don't have the ability to transfer money from my business checking account to business credit card through Quicken, I have to log onto Bank website and manually do it. The problem I suspect is, there is no direct connect option for my Business Checking account, only web express connect. All other accounts have direct connect which gives me the ability to transfer...

We apologize for the inconvenience. I would recommend contacting your financial institution for more information about having Direct Connect implemented.

Which exact name are you selecting for the Quicken account entry for your bank ?

As implied - this is totally a TRUIST problem at their end....
They have chosen to not contract with Quicken for Direct Connect transaction support under the TRUIST nameplate..

Here is the entry for BBT - which you might try and see if it still works with your credentials.
