Citibank connection error (-28)

I can no longer connect with my citibank credit card accounts. I have resigned in with my user name and PW and tried connecting both direct and thru quicken. PLEASE HELP. Seems like after the update for quicken i can no longer connect. Im using Quicken Deluxe Version 6.4.2 MacOS 11.16 PLEASE HELP as Quicken is no use if I can not download these accounts

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. I was able to take a further look into your account and found that there is an issue with the link of the accounts. Due to some updates on the bank's website, you will need to relink the Quicken app to your Citi account. 

    This can be done through your bank's online website. If you need assistance with navigation or with the process please contact your bank's customer online support.
