Quicken won't load consistently.

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
My Operating System is:
Windows 7 Pro, Service Pack 1, 64-bit.
My version of Quicken is:
Quicken Premier
Version: R36.17
Build: 27.1.36.17
Since 2013 I have used Quicken for Windows. And through the years it has worked as expected.
But recently I've had problems.
Sometimes Quicken loads, but slowly.
Sometimes it will turn the screen blank as if loading, but even 10 minutes later, it still hasn't loaded.
Sometimes it will load one data file, but then freeze up when I try to change to another data file.
Sometimes Quicken will load up fine and dandy, but not as often lately.
If I cannot get this solved by Oct 23, I will be obliged to unsubscribe.

Considering that the Quicken subscription is not supported on Windows 7, I think you are lucky it works sometimes. You need Windows 8 or later for Quicken subscription. See the below system requirements:

What is the full path to the folder that contains your Quicken data file on the hard drive and the full path to the backup folder? Are you using OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Backup?
