    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. For this particular instance, I would recommend signing out of the Quicken program entirely and logging back in. 

    To sign out select Edit >Preferences >Quicken ID & Cloud accounts >Sign in as a different user. In the popup type yes at the bottom to confirm and click sign out. You will be prompted to sign back in with your Quicken ID and password.
