Optum Bank error code CC-502 (edited to reflect subject)

Are there any ongoing issues with CC-502 for Optum Bank, and/or Optum HSA? I've been getting this code whenever I try to update my account for a couple of weeks.

I have not found any recent Optum Bank posts about this error code.

Same error 502 here from Optum for about a week. I've read the article; what next?

I am also getting the cc-502 error at Optum Bank. I noticed the issue on Oct 16. Tried today Oct 18 and still got the same cc-502 error.

Read the article, again. It says what to do.

Hi all, today Oct 19 I was able to download transactions from Optum bank. No cc-502 error received.
