Series EE Savings Bonds

Bonds are entered into Quicken at original cost. US Treasury has a bond calculation site. Can Quicken interact with the Treasury site to update the bond's values periodically?

If you are asking if it currently has the ability to connect to update these prices. The answer is no. You need to update them manually.

The Treasury used to have a nice bond wizard program (which I miss) but now you have to type in all your bonds into their online site. But you can save it as a htm file and reload it to get the current prices.

Then in Quicken I have a Savings Bond account. When I want to update it I take the new total value from the Treasury site and subtract my account value and enter the difference as Interest.
