AMEX just told me that they no longer support direct transaction download into Quicken

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I cannot attest to the statement on AmEx's behalf, but I would follow up with them to ensure that you did receive the correct and most current information. We apologize for the inconvenience but it is to the discretion of the bank if they allow/continue to allow the Web Connect method.
