Merger of Lydall, Inc with Unifrax 10/1/2021
Crenshaw
For some reason, Quicken reflected the deposit of cash from the merger of Lydall, Inc into Unifrax, but did not provide reflect the actual appropriate transaction, e.g., merger, sale, etc. I can do that manually, but am wondering how I reflect that corporate acquisition? Just list it as a sale? Thanks for any suggestions.

I didn't get real deep into this, but it appears Unifrax is a privately held company and that they paid cash (62.10/share) for Lydall. If accurate and you did not receive any interest in Unifrax, this would simply be a sale of your Lydall holding for $62.10/share (or for whatever total value you received for your entire holding).
