For some reason, Quicken reflected the deposit of cash from the merger of Lydall, Inc into Unifrax, but did not provide reflect the actual appropriate transaction, e.g., merger, sale, etc. I can do that manually, but am wondering how I reflect that corporate acquisition? Just list it as a sale? Thanks for any suggestions.

I didn't get real deep into this, but it appears Unifrax is a privately held company and that they paid cash (62.10/share) for Lydall. If accurate and you did not receive any interest in Unifrax, this would simply be a sale of your Lydall holding for $62.10/share (or for whatever total value you received for your entire holding).0
