Capital One - strange "Monthly Statements" reference

Quicken Windows Subscription Member, Windows Beta Beta
Along with the recent ongoing connection issues, I noticed that when trying to establish connection with FI Capital One Card Services, this window pops up that references "Monthly Statements".
I do not get a current balance - the balance downloading comes in as $0.
