Windows 11 no day of week in taskbar

On this site day of week can be added

However it changes the transaction date from m/d/year to d/m/year in Quicken

I would suggest you undo the change.
AFAIK, Quicken uses the setting of the Windows Short Date to display dates in registers and elsewhere.
If you're using something other than the US default setting for the Short Date, M/d/yyyy or MM/d/yyyy, Quicken may behave unexpectedly with respect to entering or displaying dates and using date keyboard shortcuts.
