Portfolio X-Ray showing blank screen

I can see the Quicken and Morningstar logos, but the "x-ray" appears as a white box against the gray background. I tried changing from Custom group, to "All accounts" to individual accounts, and all of them have the same result. Any ideas?

Using latest build, R36.38, build 27.1.36.38

    Hello @sjadelson,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    I did check my own Quicken to see if I was getting the same thing as you are, but I do not see the same issue occurring in mine. However, I do have some suggestions for you! The first thing I would like you to try is to validate your data file. 

    To do this;

    1. Click on File.

    2. Select Validate & Repair File...

    3. In the box that populates, check off the first box labeled Validate File and then click Ok.

    4. You can close the datalog that appears after the validation has been completed.

    5. Close and Reopen Quicken.

    6. Check the Portfolio X-Ray.
