New transactions will not download into Checking Register

J-Pac Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I run Quicken Windows 10 Premier, Version 36.38, Build 27.1.36.38
I download activity from bank using Online Center, no problem
I Compare to Register all credit cards, no problem
However, when I try to compare Checking to register, I’m transferred to the Checking Register but none of the downloaded activities show up to compare. That’s 29 banking activities that I am unable to record into Quicken.
Any help would be appreciated as I have been unable to find a Quicken Tech Support to assist me with this.
