Schwab - Portfolio downloads OK - Transactions is greyed out

Updated Quicken to latest version. Schwab accounts log in reset and working, however, Portfolio downloads OK, but the Transactions Tab is greyed out and not functional. How to fix this?

    The Investment Tracking setting for that account probably got reset to Simple, which doesn't allow for a transaction register. Go into the Account Settings for that account, and change the Investment Tracking Method setting to Detailed; that should allow you to access the Transactions tab.
