Once you have created and selected your next years budget (2022),  you can print using a couple different methods:

    1.  File>Print Budget.  I believe Ctrl-P gets you there as well.  Note you can adjust your views in the budget window (budget only, actuals only et al.), then do a File>Print Budget to print that view.

    2.  Reports>Spending>Current Budget>Date Range>Customized Dates to reflect 1/1/2022 to 12/31/2022.  Note there are other controls (budget year), on this report,  that seem to not work as expected when looking at next year.  Also, in this report you can dump the data to a file format for further work (like excel)

Thanks. Is there a way to view and print next years budget with an annual view. IOW just the annual view not each months.

Annual View by definition in Quicken UI includes all months and year-end totals.   But it sounds like you just want next years budget, year-end total only?   If so, in the Current Budget Report, adjust the interval to "Year".  Image 1.

    Alternatively,
in the budget tab, you can go to Graph View and adjust the filters highlighted in image 2.  Gives a bit different view than a report.
