How do I update verification contacts

When refreshing bank of america accounts, I am asked to send a request for verification code. The drop down list does not have one telephone number that is linked to the account in bank of america how do I correct this?

    Thank you for coming to the Community with your question. I do have a follow-up question for you if that is alright. 

    What options do come up for receiving the code? Do the privacy & security settings on the bank's website allow you to specify that you would like to receive these codes via text message? Sometimes there is an order/priority applied to your contact methods in there. If your email is set to be the first in the order or the first avenue of contact that could cause this.

    Quicken should be providing you with the request sent from your bank. Therefore the change will need to be made from their end. Let us know if you have any more questions or concerns. And please update us on the resolution, as it will help others who run into this in the future.
