how can i add a bank that's not on list

i have north east community bank and it dos not come up

If it is, in Quicken for Windows it's listed twice:

Try one or the other or ask the bank which one to use in Quicken.

Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To clarify if your financial institution does not appear on the list, then it is not supported. However, you can still add the account manually and track it manually as well. Again we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
