I think you will be far more likely to find someone with expertise on this matter in the Quickbooks Community forum than here.  Most people posting in this forum have knowledge of Quicken but not of Quickbooks.

Also, you might want to try a web search for "how to convert quicken to quickbooks online".  I did that and noticed quite a few articles on it came up.
