USAA - Locked out due to multiple tries

This happens repeatedly. I make successful connection, accounts update. Come back next day and locked out of all accounts. Re-entering ID and PIN sometimes works, sometimes not. Using direct connect. Today totally locked out of my accounts. In past have deleted on USAA site but even that does not always work. Download error (2000)

Thank you for coming to the Community to inquire about the issues you are having, though I apologize for the delayed response.
Next time you get an error, can you please use the little envelope in the bottom right corner of the box to send a report to Quicken. Please leave the logs attached and describe the issue in the description box. You can attach a screenshot from here as well which would also be helpful.
let us know when you have done this and we can take a deeper look at it for you.
