Balance column and 'Today's Balance' don't agree

in Errors and Troubleshooting (Mac)
The Balance column and Today's Balance don't agree in one of my checking accounts. they Today's Balance from the upper right hand corner equals what my bank has. the Balance column is off by over 1,300.00. two other checking accounts are fine.
