    i gave up and have abandoned Quicken after 25 years. The Capital One fiasco was just too much for me.  Quicken always responded to me about the MBS issues as if I was the only person who wanted this.
    Re: the commission problem, i also demonstrated this error but also told them it was a memory variable that was not cleared in the program.  I am a retired cash management applications designer with programming experience.
