my etrade account is posting mistakes. I sell short a put. If the stock is trading below the strike price, it correctly creates a buy order. The second transaction is a sell of the option. It should be to cover the option. Just plain incorrect. I do this manually 10-15 times a month deleting the incorrect sell and entering the correct cover . Can you fix this?
