error OL-221-A with Target down load

Question

Since Target no longer supports sync thru one step updates, I tried manually downloading file from Target Bank site.  When I try to open file, quicken displays the OL-221-A error

Seems there is no way to get Target transactions aside from manually entering them.

Thanks you.  THe combination of responses from thread got be there (filtering number of records and changing the file.  I do believe Quicken should be showing us the issues in the interface when institutions have chosen to opt out rather than making us go hunt them down.
