Mass Mutual retirement connection

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
Trying to make an initial connection to this retirement account, ie investments. Connections seems to fail when I am asked to enter the security code that was sent to me (ie authentication code). When I enter it, I receive the error..
