Unable to update bill amounts in the Pay to / Receive From Register.

I subscribe to Quicken for Windows. I am unable to update the bill amounts in the "Bill & Income" tab. This problem exists with both the "Edit this instance" and the "Edit all future instances" options. Now here is where it gets weird. The update does not populate in the "Pay to / Receive From Registor" as seen in the figure below. However, when I select " Enter Into Register" or any of the "Edit" transaction functions, it shows the updated amount.
