Portfolio Xray Error Message

Running version 36.45 on Windows 10. Getting the following error message when opening up Portfolio Xray: "Invalid user ID\u003eError in decrypting user ID -auth token not found\003cbr/\u003Cannot Authenticate - User not found" Any ideas how to address this?
